We have adjusted our cancellation policy:

  • Free cancellation up to 10 days prior to arrival during the low seasons.
  • Free cancellation up to 21 days prior to arrival for Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Carnival and Easter.
  • Free cancellation 24 hours prior to arrival in the event that your home country issues a travel warning.

Free COVID-19 tests on request and, of course, in the event of a travel warning – to make sure your journey home is safe and relaxed. During your stay we will be offering several opportunities each week for free COVID-19 testing.

Healthy together

We can all contribute to staying healthy:

  • Only start your journey if you feel healthy.
  • Keep a safe distance of at least one metre between yourself and others.
  • Wear a face mask that covers your nose and mouth in all public and enclosed spaces.
  • Never shake hands or hug anyone.
  • Wash your hands several times a day.
  • Please sneeze into your elbow or a handkerchief.
  • Whenever possible, use cashless payment, preferably contactless.
